Thanksgiving 2014
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house for Jon's family this year. We've hosted in the past too, but surpringly enough, this is the first year I've made the turkey. We brined it, injected it with flavor, rubbed it with butter and herbs and roasted it--I think it was pretty good! And not quite as daunting as I had imagined--except maybe having to feel around for the neck/gizzards...dead birds kind of creep me out!
